Outreach+ Support

 

Outreach+ offers a move-on service from our supported living accommodation, which consists of a small cluster of flats or bedsits with staff on-site during the day from Monday to Friday, as well as night team services. The arrangement provides cost savings for commissioners and serves as a stepping stone to greater independence for our clients.

We can offer accommodation with different support packages, which can include access to overnight assistance.
