Supported Independence is a specialist provider of supported living, co-living and outreach services for adults within the South West.

Covering Bristol - South Glos - North Somerset - BANES
We operate 12 supported living houses. Some houses provide 24-hour staffing, while others are staffed from 8am - 10pm, with remote support provided by the night team, who visit each unit twice each night. Each house has communal facilities that service users can access.

Additionally, each house is over seen by an experienced manager who provides unique, individualised services tailored to the clients needs.
Outreach+ offers a move-on service from our supported living accommodation, which consists of a small cluster of flats or bedsits with staff on-site during the day from Monday to Friday, as well as night team services. The arrangement provides cost savings for commissioners and serves as a stepping stone to greater independence for our clients.
We offer a wide range of outreach services, ranging from a few hours to 30-40 hours a week. These services include helping to manage bills and monitoring mental health and social interaction for individuals with complex needs who are better suited or able to live in the community. Currently, we provide these services in Bristol, BANES, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset.
