We offer a wide variety of supported living services for individuals with:
- Mental health problems

By giving our clients the right type of ‘needs led’ service at the right time, our aim is to enable individuals to:
- Manage and improve their mental health
- Become more confident in themselves and within the community
- Develop a wide range of independent skills
- Require less support
- Have the opportunity to manage their own tenancy (see Step 3 – Outreach Services)
All our accommodation-based services offer a ‘basic package’ of support, plus an agreed package of one-to-one support to meet their individual needs. The basic support package includes:
- Manager available Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm
- 4 hours of general support each evening which includes support with cooking, medication and socialising.
- A 24 hour emergency on-call service
- An overnight Waking Nights Support Team, covering our units in Bristol and South Gloucestershire
Each client is encouraged to achieve their own agreed level of personal independence, with support decreasing over time. To support this specialist services we have a dedicated, experienced and well trained staff teams who are committed to ensuring quality service provision. All service users can benefit from a wide range of social and educational activities.
This is a friendly and relaxed house in Easton offering accommodation for six adults with severe and enduring mental health needs, behaviours that challenge and substance abuse. The house is conveniently situated close to all the local facilities on St Marks Road.

Kingscourt provides lovely accommodation in a very good neighbourhood of Bristol.This house links to our residential care service and as such provides a safe and homely environment for six people with learning disabilities and/or mild mental health problems.

Provides nine modern flats / bedsits with a communal lounge, gym, music room and meeting room. Service users benefit from their own personal space with staff present 24 hours a day if needed. The dedicated staff team is experienced in the fields of both mental health and learning disabilities.

These are two lovely family sized houses located in Horfield, close to all the local amenities. Both have pleasant gardens and good sized bedrooms. The tenants are actively involved in the running of the houses and have created homely environments.

St Marks Church House
St Mark’s Church house is a stunning property situated in Easton. It has 9 large one bedroom flats, 5 of which have disabled access. The team here offer basic packages of support that are tailored the needs of the individuals with mental health and learning disabilities. It has a large sunny garden with car and bike parking and great community facilities are available in Easton, Bristol.

Redcliffe House features 13 bedsit flats over 4 floors and a communal space with kitchen for shared meals, movies and games. A private south facing garden with bike parking and on street parking for visitors. It is located in the heart of the City just a 5-minute walk to Bristol Temple Meads Station, main bus routes, shops and the harbour. Redcliffe House supports people with mental health and complex needs, learning difficulties and autism.
